We are a team of engineers helping property owners and investors maximise the returns on their investments through short-term rentals. With many years of experience in the field, we have deep knowledge of property management and are committed to delivering a flawless, profitable service.

Do you offer partial / online-only management?
Yes, we can manage your property online, anywhere in Greece. We provide: listing creation, calendar synchronisation, dynamic pricing, securing and managing bookings, guest communication until arrival, booking bookkeeping, and a schedule of your bookings (check-out, cleaning, check-in). You take care of cleaning and welcoming guests, and enjoy the income paid into your bank account.
What does your service cost?
Our services are priced as a commission on bookings. We only earn when you earn. Contact us through the form on the Property Management page to receive an offer based on your property’s location and the services you need.
Can you renovate my property?
We are a technical company able to take on the full or partial renovation of your property, or simply provide upgrade consulting to make it competitive and rewarding.
Which platforms will my property be listed on?
The properties we manage are listed on the largest network of short-term rental platforms worldwide: Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia, Tripadvisor, Holidu, Hometogo, Trip.com, YourRentals, Google, Rentberry, Likibu, Attraveo, Campaya and more.
Which areas do you cover?
Full Property Management is offered for properties in the Pieria region (Katerini, Paralia, Korinos, Litochoro, Leptokarya, Platamonas, etc.). Online management is available across Greece.
